We provide English language teaching consultancy, teacher professional development, and programme design services to ministries of education, institutional partners, and international organisations.

We collect personal data only where necessary to respond to an enquiry, deliver contracted services, or operate this website. We do not collect sensitive personal data (special category data under UK GDPR) through this website.

Providing this information is voluntary, but if you do not provide it we will be unable to respond to your enquiry.
3.2 Client and prospect relationship data
We hold contact information for individuals at client and partner organisations: names, job titles, professional email addresses, and records of communications and programme-related discussions.
3.3 Programme delivery data
During contracted programmes, TELT and its consultants may process personal data relating to programme participants (primarily teachers and education professionals). In these contexts, TELT typically acts as a data processor on behalf of the contracting organisation. See Section 11 for how we handle this.
3.4 Website analytics data
When you visit teltglobal.com, we collect usage data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session behaviour. This data is only collected where you have consented to analytics cookies via our consent banner.
3.5 Correspondence data
We process the content of emails and other communications sent to us, along with associated metadata, for the purposes of responding and maintaining business records.

Personal data is stored in Google Workspace, which operates on infrastructure certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. Access to personal data is restricted to TELT staff and associates with a legitimate business need.
We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, or modification. Where we engage third-party processors, we require them to operate under equivalent obligations.
